Starship SN-10
On March 3, 2021 Starship SN 10 launched to an altitude of 10 km but suffered a hard landing with 4 of the 6 legs that deployed properly. Eight minutes later after landing, it exploded. Elon Musk tweeted that engine thrust was low probably due to helium ingestion causing hard touchdown which was way past leg loads.
